Newly completed, the Brunnenhof Penthouse takes skiing in Lech to a new level. This luxury self-catered apartment has everything you could need and more. Relax in the shared swimming pool, sauna or hammam, the choice is yours. And its ideal location means that if you are an experienced skier, you can ski back close to the residence, as it is only a few hundred metres from the piste.
Overview
Come to the top floor of the exclusive Brunnenhof Residence and you will discover a luxury chalet apartment like no other. The Brunnenhof Penthouse is a stunning upscale penthouse which has been popular since its recent completion.
The chalet apartment was designed for entertaining and gathering together after a day on the slopes. The beautiful open-plan living area is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, which are also double height. The interiors are warm and luxurious, making this area the best place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Through the double glass doors, you can access the balcony where you will find incredible views of the mountains and the surrounding valley. What’s more, there is a separate TV room located behind the open-plan living area, where you can enjoy a movie.
This luxury self-catered apartment in Lech is ideal for evening dining in. The dining table seats ten guests comfortably, and the glass pendant statement lighting adds to the sophisticated ambience. The smart and modern kitchen is well-equipped and has a small breakfast bar.
The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments, brand new for 2019/20. The building has undergone a complete renovation and all aspects have been refurbished paying exquisite attention to detail. This stunning home, coupled with the residence’s luxurious shared spa facilities, offers something for all guests.
This luxury Lech chalet apartment sleeps 8 – 10 guests, making it a fantastic choice for both friends and families. There is a family room, complete with a double bed, bunk beds (sleeping 2) and an en-suite shower room. And we love that two of the rooms have amazing skylight windows above each bed, allowing you to gaze up at the stars or the snow falling outside.

Plus, this luxury apartment is just a short walk from the lifts, so getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier. The shared swimming pool is ideal for the little ones to burn off any extra energy they have before dinner.
Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.
Location
Brunnenhof Penthouse is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest lift, which will whisk you up and onto the slopes. The nearest airports are Innsbruck which is. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich airport, which is 2hrs 30mins away.
