Overview
Dazzling with the WOW-factor, Chalech M is one of five in the newly completed Chalech residence, just a ten-minute stroll from the village centre, making the perfect mountain escape for friends and family.
Decorated in a cool and contemporary style, this luxury Lech ski chalet uses rich wood and delicate lighting throughout to ensure a timeless alpine style, making it really unique property. Spread over 3 floors, you enter the chalet on the top floor, where you are welcomed by the decadent yet cosy living area. Wood-panelled walls and rich fabrics bring warmth and texture to a soothing palette of greys – this is chic chalet design at its finest. In the centre of the open plan living and dining room is an eye-catching wood-burning fireplace, set on a statement marble block, enclosed by glass, with a bronze flue that reaches to the ceiling.
Chalech M boasts impressive views from its large panelled windows, and the surrounding mountain scenery can best be enjoyed from the magnificent semi-enclosed deck enhanced with chic and comfortable furniture. And you don’t need to worry about getting cold, as the terrace benefits from a heater lamp, making it the ideal spot to enjoy the final hours of the day as the daylight softens and the lights of Lech illuminate the foreground.
Behind the living area is a snug TV room, equipped with deep sofas, plump cushions and a large screen television. An ideal place for ski-weary children to cosy up with a movie while the adults share stories from their day.
On the middle floor, you will find three en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite with a private balcony, an open–plan bathroom and his ‘n hers sinks. Three further bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two with double/twins and one with bunk beds – perfect for those travelling with kids.
The best feature of this luxury Lech ski chalet is its beautiful spa area. With a sauna and a hammam, as well as a reclining area and rain shower, this is a perfect sport for easing any tired muscles and for those who want a little R&R. Plus, there is a shared pool and gym found in the basement of the building.

KIDS
Chalech M is a fantastic luxury ski chalet for families. The shared swimming pool will certainly be a popular place to play after a day on the slopes, and the TV snug will be a fun spot for the kids to enjoy whilst the adults enjoy their dinner. The location means you are only a short walk from the piste and lists, and you have an in-resort driver service to help you get around too.
Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.
