This stunning property covers a huge 400m2, to offer the most special moments with friends and family. The social space is huge and with the Indoor sauna and games room, there are activities and relaxation opportunities for all.
Overview
Chalet La Source is a beautiful retreat which is set in the forest and just a short distance from the lifts of Les Arcs, France. It has been designed to offer everyone their own space whilst an open plan sitting and dining area will bring everyone together.
A freestanding chalet that is filled with light through, thanks to huge picture windows over 180 degrees of the chalet. When the sun and the light timber beams combine, they create a modern accommodation with all the features of a traditional ski lodge. The games room and second sitting room with a large TV screen are a great place for kids to play and be noisy whilst the adults can escape upstairs! The indoor sauna is perfect to sit back and let your aching muscles heal.
The chalet is supplied on a self catered basis, however there is the option to take it catered with a private chef to provide breakfast delivery, wine cellar filled and evening meal. Children who are booked into ESF can use the ESF pick up service.
Chalet La Source is set amongst the pine forests yet just 400m from the Jardin Alpine lifts and a 12 minute walk to the centre of Arcs 1800. There is also the Chantemouche bus stop 200m away. The views from throughout the chalet look out to the Vanoise Massif and the Beaufortain mountains. The pretty Le Chamont hamlet has 4 chalets.
The property is set over 3 floors which covers 400m2, a great space for a few families or a large group of friends. There is underfloor heating throughout and the open plan living space has a freestanding Scandinavian wood-burning stove to keep the space lovely and cosy. Views from the living space are 180 degrees over the forest and valley. Outside space includes a south facing terrace, this is stunning through the day as well as going into the evening to watch the sun set behind the mountains.
The interior decor uses natural colour schemes throughout the living space, wood panelling in many of the bedrooms and some flashing of stronger colours in some bedrooms.
Bedrooms consist of 2 master suites which are spacious with double beds, TV, storage, bathrooms with Italian style shower. There are a further 3 double bedrooms with en suite facilities. 2 dormitory style rooms with quad bunk beds are ideal for a group of children with a shared double cubicle shower and 3 sinks.
The games room is ideal for the kids to hang out in with table football, large TV screen, games console, dartboard, arcade video and games terminal.
When taking the chalet on a self catered basis the chalet will include the chalet manager as well as in-resort concierge service to help with restaurant bookings, instruction and lift pass delivery. If you have chosen to include catering there will also be a daily breakfast delivery and chef to prepare and service your evening meal.
The chalet is fantastic for a group of friends with kids or a large extended family. The dormitory bedrooms are so much fun for kids as is the games room downstairs. Couples and friends will also love the en suite bedrooms, lovely social space and sauna to relax in. Through the summer month the outdoor space is wonderful to sit out and sunbath or read a book.

Chalet La Source has almost been built with kids in mind. The huge space allows parents to have their own space whilst kids have the games room which is so well kitted out with everything they could want – large TV, games console, table football, DVDs, games and dartboard. The chalet has the ESF shuttle service to pick up kids and drop them back if booked into ESF.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
The owners ensure a luxurious ski holiday in Méribel with comprehensive staff services for a fully tailored experience. The chalet is equipped for ultimate comfort, providing linens, towels, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom products, and hairdryers in each room, along with a daily three-hour cleaning service.
Guests benefit from the services of both a butler and a private chef. The butler offers peace of mind, handling daily meal service, personal concierge tasks, and managing the chalet, lift passes, equipment rentals, and activity arrangements. The private chef prepares a hearty breakfast each morning, ideal for exploring the 600km+ slopes of the Three Valleys, and is available to prepare lunch and dinner according to guests' preferences. Meals can be paired with selections from a magnificent wine cellar, featuring over 1,000 bottles, including rare vintages like Pétrus, Château Margaux, Château d'Yquem, and Château Smith Haut Lafitte. Food and drink are charged separately, payable at the end of the stay.
