Perfect in every way, Nidus Apartment 1 is what every small group has been looking for. With 3 bedrooms, one designed for children, this spacious yet cosy chalet apartment in Lech will be popular for keen skiers as you are only 5-minutes away from the chair lift.

Inside, Nidus Apartment 1 has created a tranquil and modern atmosphere. The open-plan living area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen so everyone can enjoy evenings together – the only debate you have to make is who is the head chef! The dining table can comfortably be 6 and after you can unwind on the sumptuous sofa whilst watching a movie. 

During your stay, you will have access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

Nidus Apartment 1 sleeps between 4 adults and 2 children across three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has access to the terrace area, and the children’s bunk room has a TV, so movie nights for the kids couldn’t be easier. There is another room with a double bed and plenty of storage. The apartment has one bathroom as well as separate WCs.

Nidus Apartment 1 is a wonderful family-friendly chalet apartment in Lech. It is just a short walk from the lifts, so getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier. 

Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.

Nidus Apartment 1 is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 5-minute walk from the nearest lift, which will whisk you up and onto the slopes. The nearest airports are Innsbruck which is. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich airport, which is 2hrs 30mins away.
